  together in 2021, with the aim of performing the original arrangement
 s of key compositions from the bebop repertoire of the 40’s, 50’s 
 and 60’s. Avoiding the compositions of Charlie Parker, they draw on 
 the work of writers such as Bud Powell, Tadd Dameron, John Lewis, Geor
 ge Shearing and Dizzy Gillespie.\nUK-born Adam Bishop was raised in Au
 stralia, completing a degree in jazz performance in Canberra, and refi
 ning his art in New York. He has been performing on the UK scene since
