  antenatal course which prepares you for giving birth, and the care of
  a young baby.\nThe birth and parenting classes will cover some of the
  challenges and changes faced by the expecting parents, such as suppor
 t during labour & after the birth of baby.\nThe classes will take p
 lace in a relaxed home environment with an aim to bring expectant pare
 nts together to learn and support each other.\nIt is recommended that 
 you start the class when you are 26-32 weeks pregnant.\n\n\n\nCost: £

 r to book.\nWhat to expect?\nThe 2 hour classes will combine practic
 al learning with a 30min physical practise to prepare you for the l
 abour and birth process, as well as connecting you with your partner 
 and baby.\nThe course content is split evenly between the things you n
 eed to think about to prepare you for the arrival of the baby, and wha
 t to do when the baby is here.\nAt the end of each class you will ha
 ve the opportunity to take away additional activities for an optional 
 home practise.\nThere are two additional optional activities to atten
 d a dinner at the end of the course, and a weekend lunch a month after
  baby has arrived, so that the babies can all get to meet one anothe
