 ve you ever seen a dress or top and wondered how to make it your own t
 o fit your body type? Well here at Stitch we have the class for you!<p
  \"=\"\">With Nadia's guidance and instruction you will be taught the 
 basics on how to measure and create a block pattern to take away with 
 you. With the trend working towards reducing and reusing you are able 
 to shape and draft clothing that fits you the way you want, making it 
 more wearable and longer lasting in your closet. With your new found s
 kills after taking our class, you will be on your way to being able to
  restyle clothing you already have as well as creating brand new garme
 nts.<p \"=\"\">This is a class for beginners and hobbyists to pattern 
 making, but it’s best to have knowledge of how to use a sewing machi
 ne in advance. With this class you will not be taking a finished garme
 nt home with you, just a pattern ready for sewing.<p \"=\"\">Part one 
 covers:<ul \"=\"\">\n\nHow to make a basic box shift top/ dress\nHow t
 o create your own measurement chart\nUnderstanding the basics of adapt
 ing a block to your individual measurements\nUnderstanding notches, gr
 ainlines and seam allowance and how they relate to fabric\nToiles, wha
 t are they and how to translate amendments to your block pattern\n\n<p

 to amend the pattern and adapt the design\nChanging dart positions\nAd
