DESCRIPTION:Just wanted to let you know about a course we are running 
 in January 2017. \n\n\nAlexandra Park BJJ will be running a 4 week 
 introductory course in January 2017. It will cover all the basic skill
 s and movements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.\n\nThe course enables you to d
 evelop your fitness levels, balance, coordination and flexibility deve
 lop in a no-pressure environment and provides the opportunity to start
  a new sport at a reasonable price with like minded beginners. \n\nCo
 urse will run on Thursdays 7.30pm-9.00pm at Alexandra Park School, Rho
 des Avenue, London, N22 7UT.\n\nAll participants on the course will be
  able to attend our Monday and Saturday classes for free for the durat
 ion of the course.\n\nPrices:\n\n£25 per person (+booking fee)\n£20 
 per person with concessions for full time students/ unwaged (+ booking
