 at Highlands School, Worlds End Lane, N21 1QQ. The meeting will commen
 ce at 7.30pm\n\nThe purpose of the meeting is not to determine the app
 lication but to provide an opportunity for interested parties to discu
 ss the relevant planning issues associated with the proposal. When the
  application is presented to the subsequent Planning Committee for dec
 ision the notes of the meeting will included in the agenda.  The Plan
 ning Panel will be made up of Members of the Planning Committee, inclu
 ding representatives from both minority and majority groups and will b
 e chaired by one of these Members. The meeting  could also be attende
 d by ward councillors, council officers, members of the public/neighbo
 uring residents, interest groups and consultees.\n\nIf you are interes
