DESCRIPTION:Master Kam-Sang Law will explain the theory contained in t
 he Taijiquan Treatise written by WANG Zhongyue, emphasising the import
 ance of using the mind and not muscular power to move the body and arm
 s. He will also expound the ‘Thirteen Shi’ according to the princi
 ples of Yin and Yang, the eight trigrams and the five elements. Master
  Law will then demonstrate taijiquan forms and movements and invite pa
 rticipants to join in and share the joy of practising taijiquan.Master
  Law has been practising Tai Chi for nearly 30 years. He has studied w
 ith Chan, Zhaobao and Yang masters before he followed his last teacher
 , Master WANG Zhuanghong who has developed the WANG style. Master Law 
 has been teaching Tai Chi for eight years and is now teaching Tai Chi
