 n interested in tea drinking for over 40 years. He has studied most Ch
 inese teas during his visits to the tea plantations in China, includin
 g the way some teas are prepared after harvest. He has also studied ho
 w Chinese tea is brewed and served in a ceremonial manner. In the Chin
 ese Tea workshop, he will introduce the main types of Chinese teas and
  talk about their health benefits and the Chinese tea culture. He will
  also describe how the different types of teas are prepared and brewed
 . Various types of Chinese teas will be brewed at the workshop for the
  enjoyment by participants.Mr Law has been doing Chinese calligraphy f
 or 30 years. He studied Chinese calligraphy from renowned Chinese call
 igraphy masters over many years and has now developed his own distinct
  style. Mr Law was the Vice President of the Jiazi Society of Calligra
 phy in Hong Kong, and his calligraphy works have been selected for man
 y prestigious calligraphy and art exhibitions in Hong Kong.Besides, Mr
  Law has been practising Tai Chi for nearly 30 years. He has studied w
 ith Chan, Zhaobao and Yang masters before he followed his last teacher
 , Master WANG Zhuanghong who has developed the WANG style. Mr Law has 
 been teaching Tai Chi for eight years and is now teaching Tai Chi in a
  number of organisations in London.\n \nAbout Bruce CastleBruce Castl
 e is a 16th century manor house in Tottenham. Originally known as \"Lo
 rdship House\", there has been such a building on or near this site si
 nce the early medieval period. Bruce Castle is now a Grade I listed bu
 ilding and houses the London Borough of Haringey's archives and local
