DESCRIPTION:Yi Jin Jing is the limber “bone-pulling” movements whi

  pulled to improve the ductility and strength of the muscles and tendo
 ns of the human body and improve the moving functions of the bonds, jo
 ints, and muscles. It is suitable for inexperience practitioners.\nThe
  \"frolics of five animals\" are a set of qigong exercises developed i
 n the 2nd century, corresponding to the five yin and five yang interna
 l organs in Chinese medicine. The five animals in the exercises as cur
 rently taught are the bear (kidney), tiger (lung), monkey (stomach), d
 eer (liver), and crane (heart), respectively.\nConducted by Master Hua
