DESCRIPTION:Fortismere Community Choir is inviting everyone and anyone
  to come and enjoy a day of singing together this summer - whether you
  used to sing and can't seem to find the time any more, or have always
  wanted to join a choir but never taken the first step. There is no ne
 ed to be able to read music, or be familiar with the pieces in advance
  - join in with us for one, two or all three days and feel the magic o
 f communal singing!\nWe are running three workshops this summer, and o
 ur first one is this Sunday, 26th May at Fortismere Music Centre, Fort
 ismere School in Muswell Hill N10. We will be singing some choruses fr
 om Haydn's The Creation, to include some or all of:\nNo.13 The Heavens
  are TellingNo.18 The Lord is GreatNo.10 Awake the HarpNo.25a Achieved
  is the Glorious WorkNo.27 By Thee with Bliss\nOur Musical Director Ca
 thal Garvey says: \"The Creation choruses are really joyous, and I've 
 chosen a mixture of easier and harder ones, so that there's something 
 for all levels of experience. The focus will be on enjoyment and as we
 ll as looking at the Haydn choruses, there will be fun exercises to de
 velop singing technique.\"\nTickets are £10 for the day and includes
