DESCRIPTION:As part of the AP&Beyond Festival we are putting on two ve
 ry exciting exhibitions, which will fill The Step with artwork inspire
 d by local landmarks.\nMegan Sinfield works in digital collage and she
  has created a body of work especially for her exhibition at The Step.
 \nMegan explains that her intention is “to uncover an element of bea
 uty in places you wouldn’t expect and to celebrate local treasures, 
 sources of comfort and familiarity to those who pass them everyday.”
 is an artist who focuses on depicting “Places that are maybe overloo
 ked or ignored. …not beautiful, although some have a faded grandeur 
 of beauty past its prime, now run down and falling apart.”\nMegan cr
 eates her work by scanning a drawing into a computer and then building
  it up with layers, blending sections of photographs to create interes
 ting colours and rough textures which often resemble painting.\nCheck
