 several participants’ submissions. We’ll follow an established pro
 tocol to keep the feedback balanced and ensure that we give each piece
  our best attention. As engaged and respectful readers, we’ll provid
 e our writers with encouragement, constructive criticism and questions
 , paying attention to craft and vision.\nAn extra part of each session
  will involve writing exercises. These are designed enlarge the unders
 tanding of our craft, spark up our imaginations and push against self-
