DESCRIPTION:Be part of a hands-on workshop rediscovering some of the L
 ondon untold histories of BAME women.\nStories all too often written o
 ut of history.\nCollage Arts is calling all set designers, graphic des
 igners, writers, artists and event planners! Join our 4-week project f
 or the Alexandra Palace Summer Festival. We are looking for participan
 ts who need a helping hand getting into the creative industry, to buil
 d creative confidence and resilience, extend their skill set and devel
 op their portfolio.\nStarting on 24th July  to 17th August the worksh
 op will be held every Wednesday and Thursdays at our studios in Wood G
 reen. The project aims to tackle the lack of history focused on women 
 of colour within the UK specifically London and to encourage interacti
 on from members of society that don't usually visit museums/galleries 
 or feel represented in such spaces. The project also aims to challenge
  the traditional way the public currently interacts with Museums and G
 alleries.\nThis is a unique opportunity to join an ever-expanding coll
 ective at the heart the creative quarter in North London. We will aid 
 you in finding creative employment opportunities, advice and guidance 
 . The only criteria is that you are 18-25, living in London and are un
 employed or underemployed. \nPriority will be given to Enfield and Ha
