DESCRIPTION:The committee of the Friends of Alexandra Park invite you 
 to an evening in the Londesborough Room, at the Palace at 7.30pm on We
 dnesday 23rd March, 2011.This will be an informal evening at which the
  committee of the Friends would like to discuss with members, and othe
 rs interested in the Park, their hopes and concerns for the Park, and 
 suggestions of activities that could be organised.In addition to discu
 ssion and drinks, one of our members, Stuart Little, will be showing e
 xtracts from his documentary film about the history of the Palace and 
 Park. This film is narrated by local reporter Robin Lustig and feature
 s commentary from Yehudi Menuhin and organ builder Henry Willis.There 
 is no charge for the evening, and refreshments will be available from
