DESCRIPTION:\nA soulful jazz-funk quintet\nRapidly establishing themse
 lves as one of the must-see live bands in the UK. GETNOTGOT create mus
 ical landscapes that are fused in the Blue Note heritage with contempo
 rary acid-jazz nuances and a funk-fuelled musical energy.\nTheir debut
  release came in the form of a 4-track EP in January 2023, whereupon i
 nterest from music festivals and jazz clubs soon followed, whilst the 
 band’s follow-up EP ‘Pull To Open’ was released on 14th June 202
 4 to critical acclaim - available on digital platforms, CD and Ltd Edi
 tion Orange vinyl!\nThis EP presents the quintet’s first collection 
 of original tunes which reflect the development of the band over the l
 ast 24 months of shows, whilst retains the influences of the past mast
 ers of the Soul Jazz and Acid Jazz movements. Their sonic connection a
 nd musical union can be felt at a deep level if you are fortunate to c
 atch them live, having had well-received support slots with Smoove & T
 urrell and Izo Fitzroy as well as dates at the heart of the jazz circu
 it in London, with shows in Soho and Shoreditch in the summer of ’24
