SUMMARY:Hot Milk Supper Club
DESCRIPTION:Saturday 13th July 7pm £30\nHot Milk Supper Club focus on
  underused and undervalued food. We want to raise awareness of an issu
 e within the food industry and within people’s homes. Our second sup
 per club on July 13 will add to this with items that we notice people 
 have in their store cupboard that were bought and used once for a part
 icular recipe.\nUsing the following undervalued ingredients; retired e
 gg laying hens, lambs breast, pullet eggs, undersized potatoes, vegeta
 bles from the felix project in Enfield, seasonal wonky vegetables and 
 using up store cupboard ingredients such as kombu, soy sauce, porcini 
 mushrooms, rice paper we’ll be putting together an east Asia inspire
 d tapas.  The menu will include:\nMiso Soup\nokonomiyaki pancakes  Jap
 anese pancake using undervalued vegetables and fish, pullet egg mayonn
 aise, house hoi sin sauce\nLamb breast dim sum  making use of unwanted
  lamb breast\nvietnamese summer rolls  rice noodles, shredded veg, lo
 cal herbs, broken nut dipping sauce\nhouse pickles  watermelon rind, f
 elix veg, cucumber\ncrispy hen korokke  japanese style croquette using
  retired hens\nburmese raw salad  Double fried beans, cabbage, peanuts
 , pickled ginger, shallots, baby gem leaf\ngreen tea pannacotta  made
