  the timeless tunes of Duke Ellington, Billy Strayhorn, Alice and John
  Coltrane, improvised material, as well as a host of original composit
 ions written especially for this unique trio.\nTony Kofi's many accola
 des include Best instrumentalist at the 2008 BBC Jazz awards, Best ens
 emble at the 2005 Parliamentary Jazz Awards, Radio 3 Jazz line up albu
 m of the year 2005 BBC Jazz awards and a MOBO nomination in 2008. His 
 musicians have been described by The Guardian as \"fiery, multi-layere
 d noise, but they know when to bring it down to a whisper, such is the
  ingenuity of their arrangements.\"\nAlina Bzhezhinska is an Internati
 onal Harpist based in Edinburgh. Her virtuoso performances and imagina
 tive programmes have established her reputation as a harpist of except
 ional accomplishment. Alina’s most recent projects have seen her per
 form at the prestigious Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and play live on
  the BBC Radio 3.\nLilia Ioncheva is an internationally renowned per
 cussionist who is Classically-trained in tuned and orchestral percus
 sion (marimba, xylophone, etc.) and piano. An expert in Balkan-ethno a
 nd Afro-Latin styles on congas, drums, tarambuka and a variety of ha
 nd-percussion instruments. She is now a leading jazz percussionist wi
 th additional skills in pop, soul, Motown, reggae, Brazilian and other
