DESCRIPTION:Alexandra Park BJJ will be running a 4 week introductory m
 artial arts course for women in January 2018. It will cover all the ba
 sic skills and movements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This course is open 
 to women and girls over the age of 14.  The course enables you to deve
 lop your fitness levels, balance, coordination and flexibility develop
  in a no-pressure environment and provides the chance to start a new s
 port at a reasonable price with like minded beginners.   Brazilian Ji
 u Jitsu (BJJ) is a full contact martial art, combat sport, and a self 
 defence system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fightin
 g.  Alexandra Park BJJ offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for all leve
 ls. Alexandra Park BJJ is an affiliate of the world famous Nova Geraca
 o BJJ team.   Start date TBC but the course will run on Thursdays 7.3
 0pm-9.00pm at Alexandra Park School, Rhodes Avenue, London, N22 7UT.
