DESCRIPTION:Alexandra Park BJJ will run a 6-week introductory martial
  arts course in September 2024. It will cover all the basic skills and
  movements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is open to anyone over the age o
 f 13.\n\nThe BJJ course enables you to develop your fitness levels, ba
 lance, coordination and flexibility in a no-pressure environment. It p
 rovides the opportunity to start a new sport at a reasonable price wit
 h like-minded beginners.\nBrazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a full-contact 
 martial art, combat sport, and self-defence system focusing on grappli
 ng, especially ground fighting. Alexandra Park BJJ offers BJJ classes 
 for all levels.\nThe course will run on Thursdays at Alexandra Park Sc
 hool, Rhodes Avenue, London, N22 7UT. During the course, attendees can
  attend all our other sessions at no extra charge.\nAll Participants a
