 world’s most colourful 5km, will be coming to London on Saturday 9th
  May for a colour-filled 5km run in through Trent Park, the biggest ve
 nue on the UK tour. Taking the UK by storm the event will hit the capi
 tal getting Londoners of all ages and abilities to take part in the mo
 st colourful party the city has ever seen. Over 300 people have alrea
 dy entered into the London Run or Dye event with participants encourag
 ed to run, jog or walk to the finish line, getting covered head-to-toe
  in colour as they go. Four Dye Zones throughout the route will ensure
  there’s no getting away from the all-encompassing and full-on brill
 iance of the most colourful 5km in the world.The north London event ta
 king place in May will get locals and visitors to the capital springin
 g into action as they jog, walk or dance through the extensive grounds
  of the park. Just minutes from Cockfosters station participants can t
 ake part with friends and family, coming together to make getting fit 
 and experiencing the full on colour of Run or Dye a unique and one of 
 a kind day out. Inspired by the ancient Hindu festival of Holi, also 
 known as the ‘Festival of Colours’, Run or Dye gives runners, walk
 ers and all speeds in-between, the opportunity to experience and celeb
 rate in full colour the thrill of the Festival and introduce the idea 
 of ‘living life on purpose’. Participants can run dressed in white
  and run ready or in their favourite and most extravagant costumes. As
  part of registration all participants will receive a goody bag with t
 heir white t-shirt, their very own dye packs and plenty more to get ge
