DESCRIPTION:Come along and join the Singing for the Brain Choir\nWe ai
 m to help the brain through the fun and exercise of singing.  Singing
  is not only an enjoyable activity, it can also provide a way for peop
 le with dementia, along with their carers, to express themselves and s
 ocialise with others in a fun and supportive group.Hidden in the fun a
 re activities which build on the well-known preserved memory for song 
 and music in the brain. Even when many memories are hard to retrieve, 
 music is especially easy to recall.\nEveryone is welcome including tho
 se who have never sung before. We will be singing songs of many styles
  and periods.\nSinging for the Brain, will take place every Thursday 2
