 old their gig last November would be the last at the club because fron
 t man Mick Haase is moving to the Isle of Wight, it turns out his move
  has become the subject of solicitor and surveyor delays. So Mick's mi
 sfortune turns out to be our gain as he performs with Doc K's Blues Ba
 nd, the band he helped form 46 years ago, this Friday at St Harmonica'
 s.Doc K's are the real deal. The finest purveyors of Chicago Blues any
 where in the capital and certainly one of the most popular bands we ha
 ve the privilege of putting on at the club. Mick Parker's drumming put
 s you in mind of Mick Fleetwood at his best and Simon Fowle completes 
 a rock solid rhythm section. Mad Dog, Dave Barnes, plays searing slide
  guitar and has the best Blues voice you will hear anywhere. As for th
 eir lead guitarist; some say that he cannot be killed by conventional 
 weapons! We just know him as Malcolm Hine, Wood Green Slim to his frie
 nds. Mick Haase is an incomparable front man; he brings his acerbic wi
 t and humour with him to every gig along with outstanding vocals, harm
 onica and band leadership.Dont miss this one, it will be packed and we
  are going to film this event as it really could be their last perform
