DESCRIPTION:Stroud Green artist and sculptor Al Johson will be making 
 the designs applied to two story chairs for the Haringey Feast.\nUsing
  worked textiles, she will be capturing our memories of the high stree
 t and Tottenham High Road and the vast range of shops, businesses and 
 restaurants in our communities that provide us with food – from the 
 past and today.\nIn this community workshop, you can get hands-on and 
 see how to stitch and work textiles whilst sharing your memories.\nBoo

 a politically engaged sculptor who works with textiles. Her work consi
 ders recent history and the interplay between politics, power and the 
 collective memory. Her sculptures are constructed principally from wor
