DESCRIPTION:The Electric Blues Club will be organising music on Sunday
  afternoons at Broomfield Park in conjunction with Enfield Council.\nÂ
  \n7th August 2011 1 - 2 p.m Open Mic 2 - 5 p.m Bear Cat Crawlers - Sw
 inging New Orleans Traditional Jazz music.  \nBear Cat Crawlers tradi
 tional New Orleans Jazz band were formed by local musician and music t
 eacher Robbie Martin. His group of fellow musicians work as a collecti
 ve with various members coming together to perform when required. Thei
 r professionalism and years of experience enable them to pick up and p
 lay with practically anyone, anywhere, anytime. This line up includes 
 Robbie Martin on Clarinet, Johnny Jeanne on Trombone, Tony Pitt on Ban
 jo, Winnie Lodge on Double Bass, Alan Gresty on Cornet and Chris March
 ant on Drums.\nThese events are supporting the Ruth Winston Centre, a 
 local charity based in Palmers Green who promote independence, well-be
 ing and activities for the over 50s. Oh and we also suggest bringing a
 long something to sit on and a brolly ... just in case the grass is da
