DESCRIPTION:As part of Haringey's Go Green Eco Urban Festival and Nati
 onal Park City's Grow Urban Festival, MHSG is excited to be teaming up
  with the trailblazing community horticulturalists at Wolves Lane Cent
 re in Wood Green, to offer a packed, free programme of tours and talks
  focused on community growing, a fairer, healthier, more sustainable f
 ood future, the restoration of urban wetlands and increasingly vital S
 ustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS).\nThis fascinating four hour event 
 will include a guided tour of the 3.5 acre site by director Yvonne Fie
 ld OBE, followed by an optional fresh, vegan lunch (£8 - £10 extra),
  and expert talks from Paulette Henry, co-founder of Ubele Initiative 
 and their Black Rootz project (the UK’s first multigenerational Blac
 k-led growing project), and Nick Oliver from WWT’s London Wetland’
 s Centre - also an expert on SuDS - who will be discussing their work 
 restoring these vital resources for carbon storage, biodiversity, natu
