 k With Ease class. Discover what it's like to walk being conscious of 
 your body and your surroundings. In this outdoors class, we start with
  a gentle warm up. We then walk short distances to try out new ideas a
 nd come back together to see what these feel like. No degree of fitnes
 s is needed. Just an open mind and a wish to learn in a fun and gentle
