My dog walker has a space due to a dog moving to another city. He's been walking Evie for the past 3 years and he's absolutely incredible. He's super kind and works wonders with our super-clever black lab. He actually helped us to have Evie at our wedding a few weeks ago and thanks to his training, she led me down the aisle and behaved beautifully!
Hello, I have a 3 year old boxer bitch who is very loving, playful and well behaved! Fully housetrained and great with children. I am looking for someone to look after her during the day Monday to Friday. Would suit someone who works from home, retired or a stay at home parent who loves dogs. I could drop her off you in the morning and collect her. This would be 7am to 7pm. Alternatively, you could pop to my house and let her out for a wee etc. I would be willing to pay £30 a week for the…

Hello all
I hope you don't mind me posting this little question but I have a little puppy named Monty. He is a minature datschund and a rather handsome fellow (I'm bias) he is 15 weeks old and basically loves hugs and love, he's really chilled out and sleeps a lot especially if he is in the arms of someone.
Anyway, I am running my own business from home and am generally here all the time with him at the moment, however, occasionally I will be looking for someone to look after Monty (at their…

Anyway, I am running my own business from home and am generally here all the time with him at the moment, however, occasionally I will be looking for someone to look after Monty (at their humble abode) on an odd day when I go for meetings and I know I can't get back to see him. But more importantly I am looking for someone who may be interested in having Monty over night with them on an occasional basis, as I am required to attend things further afield or functions that run into the small hours.
We would be looking for someone who is easy going and flexible, he is quite happy socialising with other good natured dogs and cats.... I really cannot afford huge amounts so I would be looking for someone who is willing to offer very reasonable rates for their service but may enjoy the company of little Monty enough to not charge me an arm and a leg. Someone local and in the area would be fab, but any recommendations or help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hello Neighbours,

Can anyone recommend a responsible, honest, experienced local cat sitter for our two delightful moggies?

We tend to spend several weekends away each year, plus longer holidays of 10-14 days once or twice a year.

Duties would involve twice daily feeds plus a bit of stroking and petting. On longer holidays, litter changing every couple of days. Any recommendations most welcome - thanks.

Hello :-)

I've recently moved to Palmerston Road and am really enjoying living here and exploring the area, but I have a bit of a dilema...

I have a 7 year old Westie, called Max, who I rehomed almost 5 months ago...he is a lovely little dog, a wonderful companion and very loving, almost perfect in fact, except for one thing! Shortly after getting Max in April, he escaped from our flat and was lost for 5 days, and since then he has suffered from terrible Separation Anxiety, so bad, in fact, that I can't leave him alone in the flat, as he barks, whines and scratches at doors and carpets. The vet assures me that with patience and perseverance, this will improve, but at the moment I am literally trapped in the flat with him, because I can't take him everywhere!

So, I have 2 questions for you good people!...does anyone know of a reputable Dog Behaviourist who might be able to help me and Max with this problem, or, failing that, does anyone know of a local dog sitter who might be willing to look after Max for the odd afternoon or evening so I can go shopping and have a social life again?! Maybe there's someone out there who would be willing to help me out in exchange for shopping, light gardening, anything! I love Max to bits and don't want to put him through the distress of rehoming him again, but I'm struggling to find a solution for us...

ANY help or advice would be very much appreciated!

Thanks

Debbie :-)
