The Haringey over 50s Forum is having its AGM on Sept 20 at 2pm to 4:30pm at the Winkfield Resource Centre. It's an in person meeting, the first one we've had for a very long time.
If you are over 50 and are interested in older people's issues and want your voice heard, please come along. We are an advocacy group for older people in Haringey. We get involved in surveys, questionnaires and focus groups.
If you are under 50 and have elderly parents you may want to get involved, please feel free to come along too. Some people say they don't know who to turn to/where to turn to when their parents get old. The Ho50s is as good starting point.
There will be two guest speakers: One from Transport for London to take questions and feedback about bus drivers and another from Carphone Warehouse in Tottenham Hale.
Coffee, tea and biscuits provided too.
Address: Winkfield Resource Centre, 33 Winkfield Rd, London N22 5RP
We are also looking for committee members.
For further information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We hope to see you there.
