In a change from brass and wind bands, this week we will be entertained in the Grove by the Rob Thom Band. (by The Grove Cafe)
The Rob Thom Band consists of singer-songwriters, Jo Griggs, Tom Poslett and Rob Thom, who all met on the London open mic scene. They will be performing original acoustic music, a few covers, and new arrangements of traditional folk songs.
Bring something to sit on and your favourite refreshments.
And of course, like all the Friends' activities, the concert is free.
