My old friend and long-time-ago local resident, Jim Keogh recently asked me if I knew of the Lion on the roof of the house on the corner of Trinity Road and Truro Road? I didn’t know what he was talking about, but I went to look today and there it is – see photos. It’s a fine looking house and there must be story of why it has such a splendid ornament.
