A show for 0-8 year olds about the famous elephant who comes to a town, befriends an old lady, eventually returning to the forest where he gets married and is made King of the Elephants.
The music by Poulenc is some of the finest children's piano music.
The show is very inter-active with children dressing up as elephants and taking part in Babar's wedding and coronation. Also includes slides from the original Story of Babar which the music relates.
