Don't use central conservation on green lanes. They were awful when they did our place. Damp came back when they missed a patch treating the wall and they wouldn't come back to fix it.

I'm now reasonably convinced the source problem is condensation and a badly repaired extractor fan, and what I really need is a reliable fixer/builder/plasterer..

We used Tony Coles to sort out the damp and replaster in our kitchen and living room last year. He did an excellent job .

He is based in Waltham Cross and I got him via My Builder 07877306350.

Thanks Cristina, got Tony Coles booked in to do it. Work will be getting done next week, so will let folks know.
Next up is sorting out the kitchen, after the work is done. Never ending, eh.
