Except for access Chase Road is closed between the junction with Winchmore Hill Road and the junction of Chase Road with Avenue Road.

From Southgate Station, Bus Route 121 is being diverted in both directions via Chase Side, Asda roundabout, right at traffic signals into Avenue Road and then left into Chase Road at roundabout junction with Merrivale  

UPDATED Route 121 is being diverted via Chase Side to Asda roundabout, straight across at Avenue road junction traffic lights to Cat Hall roundabout, right into Bramley Road and along to Oakwood Station.

Because extra buses are using Chase Side, local traffic is rat running via Chase Way, Burleigh Gardens and Ashfield Parade and blocking the junction with High Street
