Barrowell Green Recycling Centre (BGRC)  (Winchmore Hill, N21 3AR) provides household rubbish and recycling services for LB Enfield residents only.  If the LBE resident is  to use a commercial vehicle for delivery , the resident will need to apply for a permit to access this centre CLICK HERE FOR INFO

On arrival at BGRC the waste has to be selectively disposed of in specific bins It is therefore in the interest of the resident to recycle as much as possible in the General Waste. Green Waste, and Paper Waste recycling bin provided at the property for kerbside collection

Use of a man with a van is not likely to include the use of a waste carriers licence....the house holder therefore remains responsible for the waste until a formal disposal has been effected at an authorised site

Deliveries may not be allowed to access the BGRC if the operators (Suez environment)   consider the rubbish disposal transaction is of a commercial nature.
