Just to let you all know, I reported this fault around one week ago and Haringey Council have since referred it to UK Power Networks.

Here is the reply from Haringey I received yesterday. 

This email is to let you know that we have inspected the Street Lighting problem at Manor Road, N22 Wood Green that you reported.

Unfortunately there is a fault with the main electrical supply to the unit and we have had to refer the problem to UK Power Networks to make repairs. This can take up to 21 working days.
