We used Sunlight lofts. Pretty good, and definitely quick. They don't do much in the way of creative design, but they were able to adjust as they went if we wanted something different. 

One lesson from doing it. Haringey planning dept. proved to be an absolute shower! They gave unreliable guidance and demanded last minute changes. I wouldn't touch the building advice and inspection service they offer with a bargepole.
