A Community Network for Bowes Park and Bounds Green
"*Sunday 10th March 10am – 3pm Compost Giveaway* Paddock car park, Alexandra Park, N22 The compost is made at the Edmonton Eco Park from our garden and food waste. This time we have 28 tonnes of compost (twice as much as in the past). Organised by Sustainable Haringey Waste Group."
This looks like a great opportunity to put some fresh compsot on the garden for spring. Found it on Transition Finsbury Park Website.

I don't know - I imagine you might have to just get in there and grab it!! Not sure.
As I understand it people are asked to bring their own strong bags ... and maybe a shovel too?
Hi,
I have just seen the free compost invitation and wondered if the offer was still relevant, or if the whole 28 tonnes had been collected?

Hello Gill
This question is probably better aimed at the organisation who organised the event:
Transition Finsbury Park, website: http://transitionfinsburypark.org.uk/
Thanks
Thanks Richard, I'll contact them directly.
