Emergency plumber anyone?
Ah great - it's the bank holiday weekend and water has started coming through the kitchen ceiling. So if anyone can recommend an emergency plumber I'd be very grateful. I do have a decent plumber, but he's the Monday-Friday sort who won't look at his messages now until Tuesday morning.

In my despair I went to a site called Rated People (this is at 5.45am, when the loudness of the dripping got too much and I had completely run out of dry towels). I entered details of the job online and got a call 10 minutes later. After checking the plumber's feedback on the website I called him back and he turned up half an hour later, sorted the leaking pipe - which could have taken our kitchen ceiling down - and now peace prevails.
