A couple of updates on this proposed development:
Do have a look at these sites.
The Bounds Green and District Residents Association have organised a meeting to discuss the implications of the proposed development at The Sheridan Hall, Scout Park, Gordon Road, N11 on 24th March at 8pm.
The NWLA development at Pinkham Way is on the agenda of the next meeting of the Bowes, Southgate and Southgate Green Area Forum which will be held at The Bourne Methodist Church, The Bourne, Southgate, N14 6RS on Tuesday 29th March at 7:30 and is open to the public.
You can download a PDf copy of the agenda here - the meeting also includes an update on the A406 roadworks.

I have begun a rudimentary page which lists the URLs I know and includes an aggregated feed of the content from these sites including the phrase "Pinkham Way" see http://www.bowesandbounds.org/page/pinkham-way-development
Let me know if their are other sites to add - or other phrases to capture. The RSS feed is freely available for others to use and adapt if they want to.

I have just noticed the following Pinkham Way Alliance web site has been set up on this issue. It's very interesting and makes some excellent points on the challenges these proposals will bring.

Is there a simple way of capturing all the URLs associated with these proposals in one place?
Thanks Lesley
The BBC London News Report can be viewed online along with a written news item reporting on the community campaign.
There were two seperate reports a live interview here:
Edmonton's "mass-burn incinerator" will be closed down, and the "Eco-Park" (!!!!) will be converted to the same
"incinerator fuel production"
that the NLWA intends for Pinkham Way.
And believe me, Barnet behaved in the way they ALWAYS behave, over everything. It is widely believed they are only there for the generous allowances - they put up "Committee Chair allowance" by 54% last summer! See Barnet Eye and other blogs.
Lynne Featherstone MP for Hornsey and Wood Green has joined the public debate about the Pinkham Way Waste Development today with a carefully worded Blog Post noting "deep concern amongst local residents" and inviting "all local residents’ views on the proposals so we can ensure that these concerns are clearly taken into account"
Whilst openly critical of the consultation process the text of her blog post shows neither support for, nor opposition to, the planned development.
The opposition to North London Waste Authority siting a major waste re-processing plant on Pinkham Wood continues.
Have a look at this short film made by the Pinkham Way Alliance - the community organisation leading the campaign.
The film makers say:
One of the largest MBT waste processing sites in Europe is coming to North London and it's much closer than you think. The North London Waste Authority (NLWA) wants to build an industrial site in our community to process waste from seven London boroughs. They plan to do this on land that is currently serving as a mature wildlife habitat and as a green buffer from the North Circular. It will also increase traffic congestion in an already congested area and will affect the health of nearby residents.
