Structural engineer needed - any suggestions?
I have been told by a builder that in order to remove an internal wall from a small residential flat, that I need a structural engineer's report, however when searching Google , they all seem to be attached to architectural firms or major corporate building firms. I've even sent an email off to the Federation of master builders for advice, but to no avail.
Does anyone know where I can get a structural engineers report for a residential flat please?
