Do you look down at the ground when you walk? Sometimes trip or turn your ankle? Get back or knee pain? Ready to move with greater ease, better posture, and more comfort?

Join our Walking with Ease class and learn simple ideas from the Alexander Technique to improve how you move—whether you're walking for fitness, leisure, or recovery.
 
You’ll discover how to:
Move with less effort – reduce strain and walk more comfortably
Improve posture – align your body for fluid, natural movement
Enhance clarity – calm your mind and stay present

Small class - book in advance to avoid disappointment, or drop in/call on the day and see if there’s a space free.
 
Wear normal clothes that are comfortable to walk in, appropriate to the day's weather. If you have a bag, you will be carrying it with you.
 
Tanya Shoop is a highly experienced Alexander Technique teacher. In addition to her group classes, she works one to one with people from her studio in Bowes Park, N22.
