Jenny i totally agree with you The ham and high has a great article about this dalek bin invasion . This is cllr nilguns project in haringey and it stinks!!! Fortnightly collections in such a densly populated city as london is not sustainable. on our road there is nowhere to store these bins except on the pavement. It looks dreadful. Shame on you haringey
