Diary Log Forms
Enfield Council encourages residents to complete a diary log sheet (Download as a Word Document) information on how to complete the form is noted on each log. To ensure all information received is current diary log sheets for Enfield should be returned promptly to Anti Social Behaviour Team Community Safety Unit Environment and Community Safety B Block North Civic Centre Enfield EN1 3XA 0208 379 3703. They could also be passed directly to officers from your Safer Neighbourhood Team, do keep a copy and perhaps send a copy to your councillors too.
A downloadable booklet from Haringey provides a handy guide to the law, it explains the background to ASB and details what evidence needs to be collected to allow police to progress to prosecution.
Resident information and evidence will help the police and local authority evaluate the level and frequency of the incidents being reported and allow resources to be targeted to the maximum effect.

Minimum Service Agreements
