Allotments

Can any knowledgable person tell me who is in charge of running the allotments' affairs off Marlborough Road?! I aasked the Haringey Council people who said they are not on their list. Is it private? No mention of the allotments anywhere on the web.

The site belongs to Thames water - the chair of the allotments lives on Marlborough rd, can't remember the house number but person who runs red sea shop on corner knows her...!
