@bowesandbounds worth noting when they built around us, no tests done for vibration. Houses shook, damage caused. Noone took responsibility

any news on how last night's meeting went?
The Enfield Independent has published a short report - focused on the comments of Broomfield School's new Head Mr Travis - who voiced opposition to proposed properties along the school's perimeter.
The response was amazing. We had a packed hall. People had to stand. Many many excellant points were made. The Chair Cllr Ertan Hurer did an amazing job also and allowed us all time to speak. Our message was quite clear, NTHH ended up red faced on many occassions and a straw poll indicated not one person supported the scheme. Lots for the panel to think about. The next step is to sign our petiition which is attached. Completed petitions can be returned to Jag's Trophies at 160-162 Bowes Road, N11
There's a 90-minute audio recording made at the meeting which can be downloaded from SoundCloud. It was made by Dhiren Shah - see this Facebook page.
Enfield Council have now published the minutes of the Planning Panel meeting on 28th February - you can find it on the council website.
Detailed documents relating to the planning applications are available using the links below:
Hi Max - this has been suggested but I think none of us were entirely sure how to go about it and our focus last week was to get the numbers up at the meeting. Can you help or do you know someone who can help? I attached the petition to my last post.
There are several simple online petition platforms Change.org is particularly straightforward.
It would probably be best to make an online version of your paper petition rather than create something different.
