Event Description
Come and get fit with your kids!
We run two classes next to each other - one for the adults and one for the kids (above 4 years). Then we finish off by fusing the classes together and playing a games with adults and kids!
Alternatively, you can also drop your little ones off while you relax or run errands. The children will enjoy 90 mins of fun and games for only a fiver!
You can also attend the adult class without kids! Enjoy a full body workout in the great outdoors for only £7.
