British Transport Police

The British Transport Police(BTP)is the national police force for the railways providing a policing service to rail operators, their staff and passengers. The Neighbourhood Policing Team - responsible for the Piccadilly Line between Caledonian Road and Cockfosters including our local stations Wood Green, Bounds Green and Arnos Grove - are based at Finsbury Park. The Metropolitan Police provide a detailed analysis of reported crime mapped to local neigbourhoods - this information can be veiwed at sub-ward level -basically identifying crime details within a small area the size of a few streets and indicating types of offence and trends over time.
