Hello,

The next meet up planned for August will be to go and see an art exhibition by Rosalind Davis at Bruce Castle Museum.

Her works focus on the Riots of 2011 so would be interesting to go and see this show for those who have just moved into the area as well as those who experienced it.

Details below-

What: Art Exhibition by Rosalind Davis
Where: Bruce Castle Museum
When: Saturday 24th August
Time: 1pm
Fee: Free
Meeting point: In the foyer of the Museum. I'll be there with a sign for any newcomers.
How to get there: Buses 123, 243 and 318 all stop near the museum.
After: A drink at the Elmhurst pub opposite or a coffee in Marmalade further up Lordship Lane.

Optional: The artist has informed me that they'll be running a drop in workshop on Sat 17th Aug where she will be able to give a tour of show as well.
