SALSA WITH SUREKA presents exciting and unique 4-week Beginners and Improvers Salsa Courses.
All previous courses were fully booked- Book early to avoid disappointment!
We offer fun and friendly classes to give you the confidence to step onto the dancefloor. Get fit, make new friends and develop a new passion!
PLUS: Join us for drinks after class and Salsa parties in authentic Salsa Clubs every month!
Beginners Salsa Course
You will learn the basic steps of Salsa, the rhythm of Salsa music, the techniques of leading and following and the style and body language to look good and feel confident on the dance floor.
Prerequisite: No previous dance experience necessary and those with 2-left-feet are warmly welcomed!
Improvers Salsa Course
Now that we've got you dancing, you will learn new routines using the basic steps you've mastered. There will be greater emphasis on the techniques of leading and following, musical interpretation and styling so you can start to really express yourself on the dance floor.
Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of 3x 4-Week Beginners Salsa Courses or equivalent experience. Individual evaluations available upon request.

For those of you who have asked:
1) There are still spaces for both men and women on the Beginners Salsa Course and the Improvers Salsa Course - but get booking, space isn't guaranteed on the day!
2) There is no age limit for Salsa - Salseros come in all ages, from all backgrounds and in all shapes and sizes :)
3) You don't need a partner as we rotate partners throughout the lesson so everyone gets to dance with everyone adding to the fun, friendly and social atmosphere.
