Do you know your swift from your warbler? Join expert Andy Hawksworth on a FREE bird watching lesson aimed at beginners!

This walk is suitable for those who want to get involved with bird watching but don’t know how to start, and those who want to brush up on their basic skills.

Andy’s tuition will give you all you need to know to get started. Free hand-outs and charts to use on the walk will be provided, as well as some pointers on the correct use of binoculars (a small supply of binoculars will be available for use at the event, but if you have a pair of your own please bring them along).
