Event Description

The Foundling Museum in Brunswick Square, WC1offers a fascinating history of the Foundling Hospital, a collection of artworks including paintings by Gainsborough and Reynolds, material relating to the composer Handel (who bequeathed the his manuscript score of "The Messiah" to the Foundling Hospital School) and, of course, a cafe.
 
There is a charge for entry, with various concessions including 50% discount for National Trust members and free entry for Art Fund members.
 
Meet at 1.30pm at Bounds Green station to take the tube to Russell Square which is close to the museum. All welcome, you don't have to draw!
